Community Development and Environment Conservation Forum (CDECF) is one of the renowned and leading organizations of Sindhupalchowk district which was established in 1998 A.D (2055 B.S.) and registered as non profit making, non political and non governmental organization in District Administration OfficeIt is also affiliated with and registered in Social Welfare Council, NGO Federation Nepal and NGO Coordination Committee in 1998.

To involve local communities & civil societies in improvement of socio economic conditions of rural poor as well as conservation of natural resources, energy & environment by improving their skill and knowledge, quality services and income opportunities for sustainable livelihood of the communities.
