The Community Development and Environment Conservation Forum (CDECF), established in 1998, is a non-profit, non-political organization focused on empowering marginalized communities in Sindhupalchowk through sustainable development, environmental conservation, and capacity building. The organization works on issues such as energy, agriculture, sanitation, and health, aiming to improve the livelihoods of poor and deprived communities by promoting human rights, good governance, and gender equality, while also fostering community participation and local resource utilization.
